Problem: Educators lacked reliable tools to measure reading understanding across different learners.
Solution: Following the ADDIE model, I Analyzed instructional needs and Developed assessments that provided clear, standards-aligned data that supported evaluation of learning outcomes.

Problem: A graduate student needed support structuring complex research on the Nuremberg Trials into a clear thesis and presentation.
Solution: Using the ADDIE model, I Analyzed content requirements and Designed a structured paper and slide deck with visuals and speaker notes to make the material engaging and accessible.

Creating Instructional Materials for Conflict Resolution

My roles: Training Developer and Instructional Designer

Problem: Conflict resolution content needed to be structured into clear, practical training materials for the workplace.


Solution: Applying the ADDIE model, I Designed and Developed an ILT package that organized content into an engaging, easy-to-follow instructional flow.
